Q: Why is my check card being declined?

A: There are several reasons for a check card to decline. The most common is that there is a limit set, for safety reasons, and the customer has met their limit for the day. This limit is $500 and resets every 24 hours from update time one day to the next update time. Another reason could be the balance in your account is less than the amount of your purchase. If ever you have a problem please call and ask for a customer service representatives’ help.

Q: What is the limit on my ATM card per day and can it be raised?

A: ATM and Check card limits are automatically preset to $505.00. This is set low for your safety.  You can request that your limit be raised temporarily by contacting Customer Service at (580) 326-9641.

Q: Why is it my card will work at some stores and not others?

A: If you use your check card as a debit card at an ATM it is considered a debit. If you use the check card at a retailer’s store the transaction is considered a credit. When you swipe your card be sure and choose the correct choice debit or credit.

Q: What time do I need to have the transactions done in order for it to show on that days work?

A: If you need a transaction to post on a certain day the transaction must take place before 3:00 pm on the day it needs to be posted. This includes loan payments.
